“This program has been a new experience for me and a brand-new way of thinking about food and dieting. I’m learning not to feel guilty if I find I have overeaten or have put myself down for going to candy etc. and knowing I was out of control and learning to focus instead in those moments of the reasons I’m out of control and what I could be thinking about instead, I’m finding so useful.  I also look forward to our group meetings and witnessing the struggles we all have with weight, etc. and your reassurance and gentle manner leading us.”
