Self-discovery is the process of finding out who you are and what you want in life. It’s about exploring your interests, values, beliefs, and identity. It can be a lifelong journey or something you undertake at specific times in your life.
Why is the self-discovery process important? Self-discovery is important because it helps you live a more fulfilling and authentic life. When you know yourself (self-awareness & self-knowledge), you can make choices that align with your values and goals. You’re also able to cope with challenges and setbacks because you have a strong sense of who you are.
Self-discovery might sound like a big or daunting concept, but it doesn’t have to be. There are many small and simple things you can do to start your journey of self-discovery.
How To Kickstart Your Journey To Self-Discovery
